1. The Booking

Your contract with Travel Promoters exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.

2. Deposit

Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.

4. Pricing

Prices are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food other than the table hotel menu, passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions.

We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold tours at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed tours. We also reserve the right to increase the price of confirmed tours solely to allow for increases that are a direct consequence of changes in: The level of taxes or fees chargeable for services applicable to the holiday imposed by third parties not directly involved in the performance of the holiday, including tourist taxes, landing taxes or embarkation, or disembarkation fees at ports and airports and the exchange rates relevant to the package

From time to time the Tour Operator may offer reduced pricing on certain products or services. The reduced pricing applies only to new bookings. Bookings, where payment of at least a deposit has been received by the Tour Operator, are not entitled to the reduced pricing.

3. Cancellations

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case, the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Travel Promoters. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:-

14-07 Days 75% of the Tour Cost
06 Days or less 100% of the Tour Cost

For any train or flights tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking.

The deposits on the tours having special offers are NON-REFUNDABLE

In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Refund

In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and canceled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to the Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

1. Passports & Visas

To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.

Early Check-in / Late Check -out

Please note that standard check-in is 1500 Hrs / Checkout time in most hotels is 1100 Hrs. (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that that entirely depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year, and availability of the room.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle

justify;font-size:17px;font-weight:500">Please note that the cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicles like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

Surcharge

The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of a sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare, and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, the amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.

Our Liability

Travel promoters accept the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever caused;

Any act, omission, the default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused. Travel Promoters are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, the reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and seaports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
